2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
   The Controller processes personal data mainly for the purpose of compliance with legal obligations under Act No. 171/2023 on the protection of whistleblowers, under which the Controller receives and processes reports on possible breaches.
3. SCOPE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
   The personal data of data subjects is processed to the following extent:
   a) name and surname;
   b) address, registered office, or other address provided;
   c) identification number;
   d) email;
   e) phone number;
4. PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
   Personal data is processed and stored for as long as the Controller is obliged to store the personal data according to Act No. 171/2023 on the protection of whistleblowers, i.e. for 5 years
5. INFORMATION ON POTENTIAL RECIPIENTS AND THE INTENTION TO TRANSFER INFORMATION
   The Controller shall only disclose personal data to authorised employees, i.e. the competent person under the Whistleblower Protection Act, and the individual processors of personal data contracted by the Controller, only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the individual purposes of processing under the corresponding legal basis of the processing of personal data, provided that the requirement of the Whistleblower Protection Act regarding the protection of the identity of the whistleblower must be complied with
   In the cases specified by law, the Controller shall disclose some personal data under the applicable laws and regulations, for example, to law enforcement or other public authorities.
   The Controller has no intention of transferring the personal data of the data subject to a third country or an international organisation.
6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
   The data subject acknowledges that he/she has the right to request from the Controller information about the extent of the data being processed by the Controller, request access to such data and have the data updated or corrected, and the right to request erasure of such personal data. Furthermore, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. In the event of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, the data subject is entitled to contact the Controller or the supervisory authority, namely the Office for Personal Data Protection. The data subject declares that he/she has been sufficiently informed about his/her rights related to the processing of personal data, that the above personal data is accurate and true, and that it is provided to the Controller voluntarily.
